A French Mastiff and His Hoomans

I like big dogs, and I can not lie. Clearly, dog parents Shruti and Anvay feel the same way too, as proud ‘hoomans’ to their regal, 2 year old Dogue de Bordeaux (aka French Mastiff) Theo.

Or, as he’s more commonly known, “Theo the Drooly Mastiff.”

It’s no wonder where his nickname came from - and we have the photos from our Fall walk to prove it. Theo most definitely lived up to his breed characteristics of being immensely powerful, yet sensitive, stubborn, and loyal during our time together.

But, just look at that expressive face full of wrinkles and love! I can now personally attest that Theo gives the best ever, extra-slobbery, sweet kisses.
